5. Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it is automatically processed for production.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter the printing stage.

India: 12–24 business days
International: 15–30 business days

LissClothing is not responsible for:
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
Delayed deliveries caused by carriers
Lost packages due to courier errors (claims can be filed)
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size
Change of mind
Color differences
Customer error
We only accept replacements for:
Damaged items.
Printing mistakes.
Wrong product sent by the print provider.
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, for any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, please contact us at contactliss7@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
